Here are a few useful tips to get the most out of RESTORE and its benefits:
Be sure to drink plenty of pure water, more if you exercise, and even more if you live in a hot and humid area of the country.
Some people immediately feel RESTORE, and for some people it takes longer. Some people do fine immediately with one teaspoon three times a day, and some people do better starting out with a much smaller usage. If you consider yourself sensitive to supplements, or if you notice any discomfort with starting RESTORE, please feel free to back off. Many people, especially kids, notice as little as a drop or two a day!
Consistency is really important with RESTORE. As much as possible, and as long as you feel better and better, focus on getting your RESTORE in three times each day.
We recommend taking RESTORE optimally 30 minutes before a meal because of its protective effects versus gluten and glyphosate, but you can take it immediately before, with a meal, or after a meal, or on an empty stomach, and still receive benefit.
You can take RESTORE alone (it has a mild taste similar to tea), or in non-chlorinated water; you can also take it in fresh juices or smoothies, though in general we like it before food intake.
Things to Pay Attention To:
+ Notice happy changes in your BMs, more regularity, a “bulking” of the stool?
+ Notice a more settled stomach?
+ Notice more comfortable digestion, especially with foods you’ve noticed as “uncomfortable” before?
+ Notice your mental functioning – increased clarity?
+ Notice your mood – a feeling of well-being – how happy are you?
+ Notice if your immune system seems to be functioning better?
+ Notice if you miss RESTORE if you forget to take it?
